Hotel Reservation Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prior Reservation Required: Reservations must be made in advance.
  2. Guaranteed Reservation: Rooms not occupied by 21:00 hours will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made. 
  3. Non-Guaranteed Reservation: Non-guaranteed reservations will be released on the option date. After this, rooms will be subject to availability.
  4. Payment Requirement: All reservations must be settled in full or at least half of the total amount payable via Online Bank Transfer before the Option Date to ensure a contactless transaction.
  5. Accepted Payment Methods: The hotel accepts payment via Cash, Online Bank Transfer, or Direct Deposit to the bank accounts provided.
  6. Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  7. Promo Rates: Promo rates are only valid for the specified dates and are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Re-booking is allowed only within the duration of the promo.
  8. Senior Citizen/PWD Discount: Please declare if you will be using a Senior Citizen and/or PWD discount upon reservation. Discounts apply to the published rates only.
  9. Check-in Requirements: A valid photo ID or passport must be presented at the Front Desk upon check-in.
  10. Check-in/Check-out Times:
    • Check-in: 2:00 PM
    • Check-out: 12:00 NN (Noon)
    • Early check-in or Late check-out may be requested (subject to availability and charges).
  11. Children’s Accommodation: Children up to 8 years old stay free in the room (room accommodation only, breakfast excluded). Maximum of 2 children per room.
  12. Inclusive Rates: Rates include breakfast for standard occupancy:
    • 1-2 persons: All Regular Rooms, Heritage Suite, Premiere Suite, Executive Suite
    • 1-4 persons: Junior Suite, Presidential Suite
    • 1-8 persons: Balai nga Bassit
